Property Manager Needed

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Online Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential rental properties in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will engage with tenants through various communication channels, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure seamless property management. Responsibilities include managing move-ins/move-outs, maintaining tenant records and property logs, preparing weekly/monthly reports, sending rent reminders, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should possess experience in property management or customer service, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. An active Airbnb account and a quiet workspace with a stable internet connection are essential. Flexible scheduling for US or UK shifts is required.
