Property Management 12-15 hours pcm+

We are looking for someone with experience in property management in the UK.
Ideally someone extremely organised who can keep track of all H&S and advise us on any new responsibilities.
We have a few properties in London that I need assistance with; 5 HMOs, 1 flat (and our home).
The job can be done fully remotely, it entails:

Running ads and arranging viewings,
Managing spare room app renewing ads
Registering deposits
Contracts and guarantor letters
Arrange maintenance /access etc
Monitoring WhatsApp groups with tenants

I roughly estimate 12-15 hours a month
