Property Inventory Clerks

Seeking an experienced property inventory clerk to visit some properties over this weekend and complete a digital report using our designated app.

You would need to own a mobile phone with good photography capabilities and have a good level of written English and property terminology.

SPECIFY WHICH (or state all if you’re available for all) properties you can do. When proposing for the project can you please SEND AN EXAMPLE OF A PREVIOUS CHECK AND CHECK OUT REPORT you have done so I can determine suitability for this project.

You would need to be available to attend any of the following properties in LONDON:


Tomorrow (31st Aug) - CHECK OUT - SW8 - Arrive anytime before 11am - 3bed 3bath F flat - keys concierge - Pay £50


Tomorrow (31st Aug) - CHECK OUT - SW1V - Arrive between 12:30 to 1:30pm - 1bed 2bath F flat - keys in cafe near property - £40

Tomorrow (31st Aug) - CHECK IN at the same property - hand keys to tenant at 4pm - £40


Sun 1st Sept - CHECK OUT - SW7 - May be able to be flexible with time - 4bed 2bath house - keys at property - £80


Tues 3rd Sept - CHECK OUT - SW7 - 10:00 - 2bed 1bath F flat - keys at property - £45
