Promotion in Facebook groups

I need some help with manually sharing and inputting items (from my business) for sale in specific Facebook groups and inputting all the item descriptions and prices onto the photos. In most cases it should be a case of simply sharing this, some group sale albums will have to be Inputted manually.

I need the items to be shared once every fortnight.

Must have a Facebook account and be good with Facebook. Ongoing work to also look for more relevant Facebook groups to post in.

Will pay 3 hours work per month.

Must be UK based.
