Personal/Professional Virtual Assistant

Offering a potentially permanent virtual assistant job for someone who is located in Argentina or Colombia. There will be a few stages to the development of this position, each with it's own responsibilities and corresponding pay raise.

Phase 1--Getting to know each other:
Time frame: First month or two.
Expected time per week: 5 hours maximum.
Job Description: coordinating flights, calling local businesses in Spanish to set up appointments, researching local restaurants for recommendations, researching local festivals and concerts for recommendations.

Phase 2--Working team:
Time frame: 6 months
Expected time per week: 5-10 hours maximum.
Job Description--The same tasks as above while also: managing video and photo databases, communicating online with remote video editors, managing email correspondence from vendors, sending invoices, organizing receipts, and maintaining spreadsheets.

Phase 3--Full autonomy:
Time frame: As long as you're interested in working
Expected time per week: 10-15 hours maximum.
Job Description--The same tasks as above while also: managing email correspondence, managing and building spreadsheets, sending purchase orders and/or purchasing inventory, performing market research, full digital business correspondence with customers and vendors, and business proposal building.


Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Business level phone calls in both languages will be required.
Able to work at least 4 days a week. Consistency in days of the week is not required, but timely management of sales prospects is needed.
Professional writing skills.
Clear and precise communication skills.
Personal time management.
Expert in using the Google Suite of tools.
Willingness to learn.

Self motivated; A "go-getter."
Google Sheets expertise.
Video/photo color editing:
Adobe Lightroom expertise.
Davinchi Resolve 18 expertise.
Previous experience as a personal assistant.
Comfortable with cold calls.
