I need somebody who can phone clients and book appointments for fire risk assessments to be carried out. All contact details will be provided, however from time to time telephone numbers don't always work so someone who is able to find the number online is helpful. I would like the appointments to be input into my online diary.
Someone who could also input basic details into document templates, this would help me massively.
I am anticipating these tasks to take initially 10 hours per month. Due to deadlines the turnaround can be quite quick.
