The spreadsheet has two tabs: Data & Category.
1) In data you will see a list of all the payments, with a long description. Please lake a look at the description and pick out the vendor, with whom I made a purchase.
2) List the vendor in Category tab, under keyword
3) Select the appropriate subcategory from the dropdown
For example
Description: '1883 18APR12 , MARKS AND SPENCER , SSPLTD , BOND ST STN GB
Keyword: MARKS AND SPENCER
Subcategory: Groceries
If you don't know who the vendor is then please google them. If the vendor does not have a category in the dropdown, please write your own. (I will add this to the dropdown later)
In order to be considered for this role, please can you add a couple of example and add your name/initials to the people per hour column.

Can you revise the request, please?
You are asking for "a couple of examples" if we want to be considered.
The site's Project Posting Policy say explicitly that Buyers should not ask for samples as part of the proposal process.
If you want an idea of someone's work, check their Portfolio or purchase one of their Offers to try them out at a low cost. -
Up until the point where you switch to CONTACTLESS and CHIP & PIN you have 862 transactions without categories, is your price flexible?
