Paperless Queen (or King)

I run and accounting practice and am looking for someone to help turn our office (and keep it on an ongoing basis) into a paperless one.

What that means is - scanning in documents, converting to PDF and filing them correctly in our online filing system.

It will require a high degree of accuracy to ensure everything is filed correctly.

I see this role as having an initial bulk of work to do to get us to where we need to be and then on a ongoing basis - perhaps weekly or fortnightly having a little pile of things to scan in.

You should be:
- UK based
- have English as a first language.
- have a high degree of integrity
- high accuracy
- efficient
- learn fast - to understand our file structure

I am not decided if this role can be done at a distance or needs someone to come into the office in south west London.
