My e-mails are not sender no matter who the recipient is,
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.
This is the bounce back e-mail i get when trying to send an e-mail. No matter who I try to send it to this is always the same response.

Thank you for contacting our Technical Support. This is Nagaraja and I am the technician with Bluehost, thank you for your patience while we reviewed your case #28773962 regarding your Office 365 email issue.
I sincerely apologize for the long response times as our department is currently experiencing an above-average volume of support requests.
I have gone through every conversations along with the notes left on this case and I understand that you are having issues with while sending emails for your O365 user account. I know how important it is for you to get started with your premium email service, and want to assist you in whatever way I can.
I did checked the configuration of O365 for your domain petsplaystore.co.uk through our Microsoft Partner Center and could see it is configured fine. I could also see that, the user sales@petsplaystore.co.uk is created with 'Microsoft 365 Email Essentials' license and 'Global Admin' role is assigned.
Upon further inspection, I could see that the Domain setup is not yet completed for your domain. Also, I have even noticed below message in our Micrtosoft Partner Center:
"There is no SMTP address associated with this user. This user is not mail-enabled. Please contact your administrator."
As per the Domain Setup instructions, you would need to Connect your domain to your Microsoft services so you can use email and instant messaging. Since it is not connected yet that might be causing the issues.
In order to complete the domain setup with 'Exchange and Exchange Online Protection' DNS records showing in below screenshot needs to be added:

I did checked the details of the domain name petsplaystore.co.uk and found that both the MX and TXT records are updated. However, I could see that the required CNAME record with the name 'autodiscover' is not added.
I have noticed that currently the respective domain is pointing to the Cloudflare DNS along with the nameservers. Because of this, the DNS records for the domain is currently not managed with us.
However, I would request you to update the below CNAME record with the help of Cloudflare support team or through their DNS panel:
Type: CNAME
Host Name: autodiscover
Value: autodiscover.outlook.com
TTL: 1 Hour
Here's a help article from Cloudflare that will walk you through modifying DNS:

Once it's been completed, please respond to this email with confirmation, so that we can proceed with completing Domain Setup.

After completing this by following all our suggestions, you should be able to send emails from your O365 user account.
