Outbound Telephone / Call Assistant

We are a business that calls businesses within the UK with positive news and feedback on their business.

We are looking for an assistant to pick up some of these calls, sharing positive news and updates to businesses around the United Kingdom.

All calls will be "scripted" so there will be clear structures to each phone call (you will know who you are calling, and why) and it will always be positive, so no awkward conversations should ever be had.

We are looking for someone very personable. Whilst you will be reading from a structured script, the call should obviously not flow as one. The script / calls can flow naturally as long as key points are covered off.

The person must have a clear English speaking voice, be very positive on the phone, and sound professional and friendly.

Expected work volumes:
10 calls per hour, averaging at 3 minutes per call.

We will provide you with a Softphone - an app you can install to make the calls from your computer

Requirements:
1. A quiet environment to make the calls. We appreciate that it can be difficult with children/pets in the background but whilst we can be flexible, it is key that we are professional at all times.

2. A headset / headphones of decent enough quality to make calls from your computer.

3. Professional sounding voice, with a skill to be "professionally personable/informal" where needed (be friendly, basically)

4. Be based in the UK - our phone systems are UK based and don't work well over VPN or internationally unfortunately.
