I need an administrative assistant who is very organized, who has financial aptitudes, and who is fluent in English. This person needs to organize all the investments that my office makes, and will be responsible for the following tasks and their connexe tasks:
- Maintain register of investments in Google Sheet and Slack
- Read all the update emails and documents received from investment sponsors
- Summarize the updates in a VERY concise manner and put them in the appropriate Slack Channel (chatGPT can be used, but the worker needs to make sure that the information is accurate)
- Send a regular (weekly or monthly) audio or video message that summarizes the status of the investments
- Write a regular (monthly on quarterly) very concise memo on the investments. Include in it budget vs actual monthly, YTD, and Total Distribution of each investment (and other key metrics)
- Go through the investment pitch decks, or PPM documents to pull out information on budgeted distributions, duration of the investment, budgeted returns, etc.
- Raise flags when actual distributions, lengths of investments, etc do not match what was budgeted. The chosen person will have to come up with the right Google Sheet to track budget vs actual and explanation of variance.
There are around 90 investments so far, most of them in Real Estate Projects as Limited Partners. There will be around 3 investments added per month, on average.
Looking for someone with the following experience:
- Using Google Sheet
- Using Slack
- Keeping track of investments and reading investment reports
- Understanding of finances, in order to be able to understand the reports that will need to be analyzed
