Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I need someone with experience and expertise in organising email threads in such a way that a lawyer can read through them quickly and quickly understand what the conversations are about.
This task is to help me use the emails as the primary source of evidence in civil legal action.
The aim of the project is to organise the emails in a way that will make it easy for a legal advisor to make sense of what has been discussed in the emails.
The emails are a huge mess at the moment with many of no significance eg about setting up meetings, many partial threads and duplicated emails.
The task that I have identified are as follows but I'm open to alternative approaches whatever will get the end result as quickly as possible with the least work for me!
What I'm hoping for is that there is software eg Aid4mail or CloudHQ that you could help me install and show me how to use.
Here the tasks that need to be done
1. remove all purely administrative emails eg setting up meetings.
2.Remove duplicate emails/threads so that I have just one version of each thread with no duplicate emails in that thread.
3. sort the emails within threads into chronological order not the typical reverse order.
4. create an index of the threads (probably on a spreadsheet) which will ideally contain key words extracted automatically from the thread or which would allow me to easily input key words for each thread.
