Organise a very large amount of data using excel

Hi,

I work for a Telecoms provider and we specialise in memorable numbers. Currently we price numbers upon enquiry but we are trying to show a full range of numbers on our website priced according to memorability.

This means we have to grade 2 million numbers between A-E. A being the most memorable and E being the least.

We currently have 20 spreadsheets with 100,000 numbers on each. We have also designed another spreadsheet that shows how we will categorize all the numbers. E.g. numbers ending in '101010'-Grade A, numbers ending in '111'-grade B.

We basically need you to grade each spreadsheet of numbers according to the rules. We would need the grade to be added into the last column of the number list spreadsheet.

We have found that there are 493 rules that we have graded. These rules will need to be applied to 2 million numbers split into 20 spreadsheets.

I know this is a huge job but do you think this is something you can help with? If so can you please provide me with a quote and time frame. Ideally we would like this done within a week, but if the price is right and the work is accurate we don't mind waiting a little longer.

So far we have completed one spreadsheet manually which is a complete mess as two people have graded it in a different way and have missed lots of memorable numbers. This is a huge job and your assistance would be much appreciated!!

Would be even better if you could then provide us with the formula so we know what to do if we ever need it again.
