Operations Coordinator

We are a strategic advisory business looking for someone to coordinate our back-office operations on a weekly basis.
At present we envisage this to be 2 to 3 hours of work a week but will increase as the business grows with plenty of opportunity for the right individual to develop and take on more should they wish.

Responsibilities:
- Day to day administration which includes completing and filing agreements
- Some research as directed by Director
- Process coordination; ensuring processes are running correctly with some auditing
- Coordination of activities carried out by our service providers, and freelancers
- Manage lead generation process, and ensure searches are in line with agreements
- Some adhoc PA duties as and when required

£10 per hour
