Estimated project duration: 1 day or less
We are looking for a virtual assistant to help with a range of different ad hoc office tasks. They could range from data entry, to files management, online research, arranging things etc. We want to work mostly via email, we are looking for somebody to follow the instructions to the point.
First job (for the indicated fixed budget) will be to get hundreds of photos looked at, removing bad quality pictures, categorising the remaining ones into folders (about 8-10 hours job). Detailed instructions will follow upon acceptance.
Work to be done via Dropbox.
The invoice will need to quote a very specific service description following our instructions (for reporting reasons).
If the cooperation looks good, there will be a lot of work to follow in the long term as well, as we are looking for a part-time virtual assistance in general.
Required skills: perfect English, perfect French would be a strong plus but is not required.
