Need someone to coordinate medical information, tests, prescriptions, etc.

My sister who is suffering from breast cancer requires someone to coordinate medical information between medical centers in different states, to ensure that prescriptions are written in a timely manner, that follow-on medical appointments are being scheduled, that doctors are working from most current medical information and tests. Administrative matters also include filing medical insurance forms and following up on verification requests from insurance company.

I would like to hire someone who has experience working as an administrative person at a medical facility or with a health insurance company.

Patient will coordinate with hired person on tasks to be done during the course of a week.
