Need some help with sorting out my Quickbooks online

Hi, I have recently taken over the book keeping. We have Quickbooks online. I have managed to input all the sales and expenditure OK, even managed to file my VAT, and sort of do my PAYE. However I am looking for someone to help me sort it the info our properly. I do not really understand how to do all the more subtle things like Depreciation etc. I would like to do this over skype with you remotely accessing my quickbooks account.
