Need help with Google Sheets

Hello,

I have a Google Sheet with multiple worksheets being used for Staff Rota/Timesheets.

I need help with how I can allow access to an individual to 'view only' a specific worksheet and see live changes.

Attached is a sample Master Sheet with 3 tabs for John, Alex and Andreea.

I am looking to be able to share individual tabs with the person it belongs to and they should be able to 'view only' any changes done to Master Sheet - without ever having any access to other tabs.

Also, I will give you a template we use for timesheets - would be nice if you can make it look more professional and productive.

If you can create something to accommodate above in Google Sheets that would be great.
