Need 3 e-mails to be written to Valuation Office

Hi
We are looking for a permanent Admin assistant.
As a first task, we are looking for someone to write three letters/emails for the purpose of De-banding three properties of council tax during major refurbishment.
What the task Needs:
1- One Hour of research on the internet on how best to achieve this and see what others have done in the past
2- three emails to be written
3- The emails need to have photos attached to show the condition the property was in to make our case for a council tax refund stronger. We will provide you with the photos.
4- You need to have perfect professional English
5- The whole task should take 2-3 H

The aim of the task is to get a refund of our council tax on three properties on the basis that they needed major refurbishment work.
Based on the performance of this task we will have constant admin work available within our businesses.
