MS Word Hyperlink Creation

I have a book with 500 numbered sections. Each of those sections needs to be bookmarked and all link pointing to them need to be hyperlinked. All are internal and it is only the numbered sections which are required.

In the above example '100' is the book mark and the choices are what needs to be hyperlinked. There are @1000 hyperlinks total in the book and 500 bookmarks.
