MS Word hyperlink creation

Create @1000 hyperlinks to bookmarks within a text. Text is already written. Each instance requires:
Each of the numbered sections is bookmarked. There are numbered options underneath each section. These must be linked to the relevant bookmark. The first 25 sections already have been done using the following steps:
Select (e.g.)‘…turn to 100’ text
Insert Hyperlink
Select bookmark a100
Click OK
