Migration of Data from Present Website to New Wordpress Site

I need someone to copy and paste approx 650 entries from my website directory to my new wordpress site. Basically you will either need to go onto the present site and copy name/address/tel no/web/email and comments from the search pages and then paste into wordpress fields - very monotonous task but easy. Or (for the more technically minded) access the databases of the current site and copy over information to the new site. Full instructions will be given. I need this doing mega quickly (within 1-2 days of acceptance of bid).
