Migrate a webpage to a new VPS (IIS)

Hi there,
i've bought a VPS plan and tried to setup my server, without success. My problems:
1) I had a website in a Hosted Shared Server that had MSSQL. The new VPS plan uses MySQL so I need to do a migration. I have no clue how to do it, i've been trying the past 2 days without success.
2) We may have to check together the server (Plesk Parallels) to make it show the website correctly (website is aspx)
Can you do it? My idea is that we come to skype (kritianc), I share my screen and you show me how to do it.
