Microsoft Outlook assistance

I was hoping for an hour's consultancy for a specialist in Microsoft Outlook 365. I have the view of a few different calendars of professionals within my organisation and want to combine them into one team calendar, that everyone can see. So instead of opening up individual calendars and checking schedules we can see one top line view in a merged/group/team calendar.
A couple of other little things that I was after advice on also.
