Microsoft 365 business expert required - urgent

I am in need of an expert able to guide me through the administration settings of my new Microsoft 365 business account. I need to understand things such as un-inheriting security from the above folder so that I can set individual permission levels at the sub folder level.

Perhaps I might even be able to establish a relationship so that I can use the expert for a little while until I understand the system fully.
