Market research

I am hoping to hear from someone able to conduct market research. The assignment is the first of many if successful.
I would like to discover the names of people working within a certain area doing a certain job role. For example; Construction Manager, Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire etc.
The format of data I require is excel and Fields with headings of Name, Job Title, Company, postcode, email, telephone number.
A typical result might be; Joe Bloggs, Great Housebuilders Uk, Nottingham, NN1 1AA, joe.bloggs@greathousebuilders.co.uk etc.

If you think you would be able to uncover this data, via sites such as Linkedin.com and other x-ray searching within google, then this could be a good project and a long term relationship.

Initially, I'm hoping to keep costs down, but as the results are shown and a working dialogue is formed, who knows, it could be quite lucrative for whoever gets involved. I've set this project at an hourly rate to find out what can be achieved in a few hours research.
