Maple House Policy Reformatting and Service Detail Update

As part of the expansion of Optimum Youth Care Ltd, we are preparing the launch of Maple House, a new residential children’s service providing care for children with learning disabilities and autism. In line with our brand distinction between services, we are updating and reformatting existing policy documents currently used at Haven House to reflect Maple House’s visual identity, service information, and management details.

Scope of Work:

You will be provided with three existing Haven House policy documents. The task is to:

1. Reformat the layout, headers, and design elements (e.g. colour scheme and branding) to reflect Maple House’s identity.
2. Replace all references to:
- "Haven House" with "Maple House"
- Haven House’s address with the new address
- The Haven House Manager’s name to be replaced with the Maple House Manager details
3. Ensure consistency in font, page numbering, headers/footers, and style elements in line with Maple House's updated branding template.
4. Maintain the integrity of the content and formatting across the full document (including tables, footnotes, policies references, etc.).

Deliverables:
- Three fully reformatted and updated policy documents in both Word and PDF format
- Documents must be professionally presented and ready for Ofsted/CQC inspection and internal use.
