Manual data scraping

I need someone to transcribe just 4 fields of data from a few web pages (list of links to separate country lists available at https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/behind-linkedin-top-companies-2017-daniel-roth?published=t) . Some of the data is in images so you need to type it, and the one field that is in text so copy/paste-able is formatted. So I need you to just diligently type them all and double-check your work carefully.
