Management consultant

Looking for a retired Senior Management Advisor for a chain of 8 bookshops in Zambia, Central Africa for a period of 3 months or more. The person must have vast experience on Management systems using POS and set a full proof system of managing the shops. The Company has plans to expand but need to rationalise its current system and hence this requirement. The person required will work more of a pocket allowance rather than a salary and fringe benefeits would be visiting our lovely wild game parks. Not looking for a person whos is looking for a big financial gain but more of a work/play assignment. Accommodation and flights included. Please note there is no fixed salary offer but can be negotiated.
