Manage a Set of Freedom of Information Requests & Responses

We are looking for a freelancer for a research project to help us to collect some data via Freedom of Information requests. The help required for the project is below:

1) Collect FOI email addresses from the organisations websites for 36 ICBs (NHS Bodies), 207 NHS Trusts and local authorities, and 382 local authorities in UK (spreadsheet with names of each body
2) Draft the relevant Freedom of Information request to check the information we need for the 2025/26 financial year:
- An email to the ICBs to find out about their spending on both adults and children's continuing healthcare
- For the NHS Trusts, we would like to find out from them about each of the hospitals in their Trust's discharge policy and how they work with private home care providers when a patient needs discharging
- For local authorities, we'd like to find out their total spend on adult social care, number of people receiving home care as part of this, vs care homes, vs supported living, vs other settings
3) Send emails from our research email to each of these organisation (we will provide you a loin for this)
4) Respond to any clarification requests if any of them ask, and ensure all emails deliver. For example, if they bounce back, make sure you send it to the right freedom of information (FOI) email for each one.
5) Monitor and manage responses and add them to the spreadsheet / keep up to date.

Once FOI requests are sent, there is a 20 working-day deadline to respond. So this project is expected to be completed within the month, as you have to wait for responses before you deal with them accordingly, either responding with more information where needed or just adding the details to the spreadsheet once they reply to the requests.
