Make a few simple revisions to my excel sheet.

Description of excel work: Almost done! Just needs a few touch ups.

I have a simple form that needs completion This form is used to track skill sets and behavior.
1. Improve my sheet by replacing emotions-cons and adding more variety.
2. Make text revisions by adding capitals.
3. Add more lines where indicated.
4. Make suggestion, as if this was YOUR project.
5. The formatting and fonts need to be compatible with Mac and Windows.
I You must already have access to a library of emoti-cons. (Yes, the little faces showing emotions).

You must have at least a 99% rating with NO negative write ups. (I've already been burned once).
Extra notes: Add Capitals
Remove and replace emoticons-cons with more variety.
Make format-friendly to Mac and Windows.

I expect this project to take someone with experience very little time. Hence the budget.
