Looking for Executive Assistant for 5 days in UK

Impact Beacon is a Dubai-based advisory firm that partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their fundraising, governance, people practices, and operational systems. We work closely with nonprofit organizations and social impact institutions to help them build sustainable, scalable, and high-performing organizations.

My Director will be travelling to the UK from 17th to 21st August 2026, and we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide on-ground support during this period.

The role would primarily involve:

Managing the meeting schedule and calendar
Coordinating appointments and logistics
Assisting with travel between meetings, if required
Taking notes during meetings and helping with follow-ups
Providing general administrative support throughout the visit
