1. Domain provider name (GoDaddy, BlueHost, 123-Reg)
2. Link to their page on how to change NameServers
3. Link to their page on how to view DNS records
This must be for a minimum of 30 domain providers. Including top UK ones as well as major international.
Some providers will not have a page on how to view DNS records (In this case, substitute with how to set up DNS records, or A record)
