List building - data base clean up

I have 2 jobs to award. They are both to clean up and merge marketing mailing lists from a data scraping exercise.

The first list is approx 200 entries - this is required in 4 days time
The second list is around 2000 - this is required in 7 days time

All lists are currently in Excel and will need to be compiled into a standard format in one sheet

Please advise on cost, timescale and any previous recommendations or work done in this area
