Link Outlook and Gmail calendars

I would like someone to create a link between calendars I use on my desktop through outlook. I have an imap email address and a gmail address I use in outlook. I'd love to be able to see all calendar events on my desktop and on my iphone, where I use the gmail calendar app. I would also like to create an event on either my phone or desktop and for it to show in both calendars.

I'm happy to give access to my desktop via teamviewer or other.
