Labels from Excel

General information for the business: Labels printing
Description of excel work: Hi, I need quick help with Christmas card labels printing.

I have about 150 addresses internationally and 75 in Poland in an excel spreadsheet. All lines of the addresses are in a separate columns and I also have Mr /Ms (for Poland Pan / Pani)

I need to generate a mailing label file for printing. Label size 64.6 x 33.8 (3 columns of 8 labels on each A4 page =24 labels per A4 page).

I need this done ASAP. I am providing an Excel file. I expect back a word file ready for printing with all printing setting already set to specs described above.
