Keynote & powerpoint template

I'd need a costum keynote and powerpoint template for my next seminar. The seminar is specific for Fitness business and the template should be provided according to the topic. I prefer a nice and clean design with our logos upon it and consisting out of an intro page, special header page, normal header + text page, normal header + photo (table) + short text page, reference page, closure & contact details page.

I can provide a template that we're using right now.
