The project requires that keywords in Cell A be split up into a job description in Cell B and an employee worker description in Cell C. Each description would be about 5-7 words, no more than 10-14 words per row.
In Cell C you would approach from Cell B as though you have the job, and you are telling people what you are using \'a\' or \'an\'.
Also you will see that sometimes, the same keyword keeps coming up. E.G Kraft job’. What we want is for that keyword to be expanded on. So you need to think like a person applying for the job. What would you want if you were applying? Then put that into the keyword thus kraft job’ becomes a kraft job with benefits’ and a kraft worker with benefits’. So when you see repetiveness, put in something job related that will make the keyword stand out ie benefits, full time, part time, night time, weekend shift, with health benefits’ etc. You choose the words at random based on your own judgement. These are meant to create a database with different alternatives. Attached is a spreadsheet that gives examples.
