Part time resourcer, IT recruitment
Do you have strong IT recruitment experience especially around searching job boards and going through advert responses?
Ideally you will have worked with Reed.co.uk, CVlibrary.co.uk and similar job boards. You will be used to the graft of working through a search to find decent people.
I will provide you will the search string, so you will need to run the search and look through the results and send me the good ones. I want them in a word document with the stupid formatting taken out. So if there are 2 columns and lots of boxes you will need to doing the faff of converting it into a useful CV.
I will also forward you the advert responses which you will need to open and find the decent ones. As always there are lots of people who are of no interest and of course the people without work permits, then the tricky bit is deciding if someone has enough relevant experience to be worth sending across.
Over a period of time I expect you will get better at this as we grow our working relationship.
Realistically I would like you to work 2 hours a day, 5 days a week but you can mix it up to suit you, and you can work any hours of the day or night to suit you. You could work more hours some days and less the next. if you take time off that is fine.
Your background:
Experience in IT recruitment
Native English speaker

You will need a laptop with Office 365 on it so you can format the CV’s in word.
