We would like to ask for professional presentation to explain with top management about the priority of the internet recruitment process inside the organization and the presentation should cover the following points:
-The definition of the internal and external recruitment.
- what are the advantages and disadvantages of both programs?
- Workflow process of both programs
- Some proposed guidelines for the internal recruitment process.
I need really to see advance tools in this presentation.

Thank you for inviting me to send my proposal.
Outline of the project should consist of:
-Type of the presentation: pptx instead of ppt, much more visually appealing (Supported programs: New MS Office, Google Online Sheets or Microsoft Power-point Online),
Layout:
-Introduction,
-General Recruitment basics,
-Internet recruitment methods and tools (ATS programs - CATS, Zoho etc.),
-Personality tests explained (16PF, Hogan, DISC...),
-Internal VS External recruitment,
-Benefits of Internal recruitment,
-Benefits of External recruitment,
-Workflow explained (Sourcing, Long-list, Interest interview, Short-list, Second interview, Testing, Selection, Placement explained),
-Headhunting,
-Conclusion.
In order to proceed with the designing, I would need clarification on details about the company and culture relevant to the project. Any and all info would be very helpful.
The Presentation draft would be the first milestone, created within 24 hours, and the second milestone would be Final version (Revised draft, edited to cover any issues).
Also, I would kindly ask you to provide me with any further relevant details.
