Insert space between words in Arabic.

Please have a look at the attached XML File. It contains text related to verses of the Holy Quran. The text has meanings of some of the words that appear in a verse. No all verses have associated text. I have been told that many words are connected where they should not (screenshots attached).

The task is to identify the connected words and insert the required space to separate the words.
Care must be taken to preserve the sanity of the XML file.

Please provide your proposal including time and cost.
