I am a Python learner, I am trying to plot some data(from https://stopcovid19.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/data/130001_tokyo_covid19_patients.csv)
but I struggle to make it done. my code needs to get checked and fixed,
I am using anaconda
there is some Japanese characters in it, but it shouldn't be any problem I guess, I will tell you what they are.
I will send you the csv data and .py file
