I want to get a high impact Fax page done

i want to send bulk FAXSHOT to SME's here in ireland where many driectors/staff have purchased overseas property and now may be interested in selling.

We specialise in selling overseas property and want more property that we can sell.

i have done 2x small faxshots but i feel it needs a better more professional approach.

I attach my 2 samples along with a recent editorial in a natioanl sunday newspaperherein ireland.

please rememeber i intend to fax this so don't thing big bold writting woudl be a good idea.
