I need UK address data extracted from a database and cleaned

The data: The names and UK addresses of UK landlords and the properties they own, the number of rooms or units and people permitted in the property, their company if applicable and the name and address details of the property manager if applicable. The landlord addresses have been split into up to 6 columns for use on the UK mail merge/ bulk mailing platform called Stannp.

The job: The addresses are for a marketing direct mail campaign to the landlords of licenced shared houses or HMOs using Stannp. I need only a certain set of these landlord ("Licence Holder") addresses and the property addresses copy and pasted to a new spreadsheet, merged and arranged according to the Stannp Address List Data template. I have detailed which of the "Licence Holders" need to be included and which should be excluded. Some of the "Licence Holder" addresses are incomplete after they were split into separate columns. Therefore, after copy and pasting, all of the addresses will be need to be carefully checked one by one against the unsplit version to ensure completeness and that they are correct! A few other minor tasks also need to completed and other details added to the spreadsheet. All tasks required and instructions are in the file.

The extracted data will need to be saved in .csv and in three different files. The reason is to separate the addresses into separate batches according to the postcode. In other words, each file will contain ONLY addresses from one of three postcodes in the city e.g. Spreadsheet 1 is for OX2 addresses only. Spreadsheet 2 is for OX3 addresses only. Spreadsheet 3 is for OX4 addresses only.

The first four people who correctly complete the small data sample provided (which includes examples of how everything should be done for you) will be shortlisted. I will provide further clarification at this stage if required by you. I will then send a slightly larger sample to complete the same exact tasks. The person who completes the new files accurately based on the specifications I have detailed in the file and with little to no errors will be selected to complete to entire project.

It is extremely important that you understand exactly what is required so I am more than happy in the initial stages to explain anything in detail such as a screenshare demonstration as required. I need the project completed independently with as little input from me as possible after initial clarifications. Ongoing clarifications if absolutely necessary only. Please get as clear as you can during the initial test run stage. I have been very explicit and detailed in my instructions. Therefore, I will also be selecting based on how much support and further explanations are required from me.

The task is not difficult but it will take time to familiarise yourself with the data and the very specific criteria. This project requires taking the time to sit and explore the data and the care to do so. If there is anything else you need from me, please let me know and I'll do my best.
