I need to get some notes typed out

Hi! I'm working on a health related online course and have many notes in written form. All I'm looking for is for them to be typed out into a word document and formatted (nothing fancy, just page breaks, lists, basic headings).

I have attached three sample scans of the notes. There are about 30 pages, though not all of them are full.

Looking to have them completed by Friday, May 8.
