I need someone who knows how to fill out tender documents

We are bidding for a contract and have about 12 forms to fill out. We need someone who understands the tendering process and is capable of asking us the right questions and then filling in the forms correctly which will then go on to be submitted.

The forms are based around the finances of the business, capability of the business, structure of the business and various other aspects. Due to the sensitive nature of the documents they are only to be viewed by us and yourselves and no copies are to be made. We require the person to look through the documents and then prepare a list of relevant questions or ask for relevant information which we will answer of get relevant material forwarded to them.

They will then use the information required to fill out the necessary forms.
