I need someone to upload a current excel doc into Google docs and a calendar

I have an excel document that I use to keep track of donations of school supplies that I receive. First, I need it to be easier to view reports. I need to be able to enter in two new glue sticks with the date they were received and have that line, or total be added to the amount of glue stick I have in inventory. Also, when we disribute the school supplies to schools, I need to be able to create a line with the date that it was given out and have that be deducted from the total in inventory. Then I need this all to be put into a Google Doc so that I can allow access to various different people, some with admin access and some only to view.

I also want a calendar, where my volunteers can sign into the google doc and choose time slots and places to volunteer reading to the local school children.
