I need someone to manage my invoices and payments

Hi

i want a friendly female and very organised person to manage the communication related to money for my business. Sending invoices, setting invoice dates, making sure that uibvoices are paid on time, and following up, and sending receipts.

I would prefer someone in the UK.

At the moment I am managing this myself. I use quckfile as an invoice generator, and send the invoices out. Then I have to check them, and check the bank to see that people have paid. And if they haven't then I have to chase up.

People always pay - but I want to formailise it a little. And have one person who is always doing it.

It is not that much work, few hours per month.
