Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need someone to help with a few spreadsheets, I need a simple profit and loss spreadsheet for 5 years with a logo added..
I have enclosed an example but i need it with our logo on please
This should be very simple for someone and i need it to fill in the figures etc
Plus another spreadsheet is needed
with this formula Certainly! Below is a simple template for a spreadsheet that shows the profit from planting trees in an acre space. This assumes each acre can accommodate 600 trees, each sold for £250.
I would like to add the cost of the acre in the spreadsheet as well as the cost to plant the tree...
plaintext
Copy code
| Acre Number | Trees Planted | Revenue (£) | Cost (£) | Profit (£) |
|-------------|---------------|--------------|----------|------------|
| 1 | 600 | =B2*250 | | |
| 2 | 600 | =B3*250 | | |
| 3 | 600 | =B4*250 | | |
| ... | ... | ... | ... | ... |
| Total | =SUM(B2:B...) | =SUM(C2:C...)| | =D2-D... |
Here's how you can use this template:
Acre Number: Sequentially number each acre in column A.
Trees Planted: Enter 600 in each row of column B since each acre accommodates 600 trees.
Revenue (£): Use the formula =B2*250 in cell C2 and drag it down for each acre to calculate the total revenue.
Cost (£): If there are costs associated with planting each tree, you can enter those in this column. For now, leave it blank.
Profit (£): Use the formula =C2-D2 in cell E2 and drag it down for each acre to calculate the profit.
In the "Total" row, you can use the SUM function to calculate the overall total trees planted, total revenue, and total profit.
Remember to replace the ellipses (...) in the formula with the appropriate row numbers based on how many acres you are planning to include in your spreadsheet. This simple template allows for easy calculation and tracking of profits for each acre. Adjustments can be made based on specific costs associated with planting and maintaining the trees if necessary.
