I need someone to create an excel database

I am looking for someone to go through a number of startup's in different countries / locations and build a database. There are 30 startup locations and roughly 100 - 200 companies per location. The startup's are by Country / city. I have the company names and what i need is for someone to go through the names and create a database Country by country or city by city with the name of Company, Location / Locations, Name of CEO and or Co Founders, plus the correct email addresses. There are a few tools that can be used for finding the email addresses and am happy to provide details. I need this done ASAP.
